The main structure has 8 posti letto, with 4 camere da letto doppie di cui una suite con bagno privato e cabina armadio al piano superiore. Nel giardino è presente una dependance con altri 4 posti letto. Ogni camera è diversa, alcune con aria condizionata, tutte si aprono sul panorama collinare circostante e sono dotate di armadio e materassi di qualità per il benessere anche durante il riposo.

Leaving the living room towards the outside, you will find the most characteristic and fascinating environment. A restful space, covered and closed by windows, totally immersed in the greenery and light of the garden.
It is a comfortable and peaceful space at any time of day, ideal for those who want to calmly enjoy their morning breakfast, to shelter from the strong summer sun in the afternoon or from sudden spring storms while waiting for the rainbow.
The swimming pool surrounded by greenery
One was created at a lower level than the garden large terrace, in which the swimming pool is inserted. It has been specially designed to be a space in its own right, suitable not only for sunny afternoons and relaxation, but also to host parties, aperitifs, ceremonies and dinners by the pool. It is possible to set up banquets and buffets, games, DJ sets, lounges and open bars.
For large events it is possible to set up the space of the adjacent tennis court.
The Bikeroom Equipped
To offer our guests passionate about cycling and mountain biking maximum comfort and safety we have set up a special room that respects the characteristics required by Bike Hotel: ceiling hooks, easel and tools for cleaning and maintenance.
Obviously the washing machine is available and the home library is stocked with maps of the area.
For those who wish we can provide GPS routes and certified guides, for cycling and mountain biking.
La Sala Polifunzionale
All’interno della residenza principale è presente una sala di 55mq riscaldata e raffrescata, a disposizione per lo svolgimento di attività quali Retreats Yoga, Mindfulness, discipline olistiche, ma può anche essere allestita per riunioni di lavoro e conferenze, corsi di formazione, workshop, seminari. La Sala è parte integrante della casa ma può anche essere richiesta e affittata indipendentemente dal resto della Villa per attività giornaliere anche ripetute.
Information and Services
The property is rented for exclusive use only. It is possible to book it for a day (from 9 to 24), for a weekend (1 or 2 nights) or for a week (6 nights) and multiples.
For events or daily rentals, it is possible to agree on the use of only the outdoor spaces (veranda, garden and swimming pool) and the annexe.
The rates include the use of internal and external spaces, any other service must be booked separately.
It is possible to request breakfast, a home cook, daily cleaning service (in the case of long rentals, the change is included
weekly linen and pool control).
The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, television, ADSL wifi, air conditioning and heating.
